Speak Happiness

Is it me, or does it seem as if more people are spiraling downward? It seems as though a lot more people are struggling to make their mortgage payments and their car payments. I speak to a lot of folks daily who are struggling in their relationships. It is as though they have jobs that are held but hated, relationships that are tolerated, their dreams have deteriorated, and overall they’re fast approaching a sense of desperation and hopelessness. I see folks walking around with a demeanor of disdain chiseled into their personality. So the questions are, why are so many people suffering and how can we stop the pain? I’m sure we can all agree that before we can heal the planet, we must first heal ourselves.
I was watching a video on Google videos by Gregg Braden, (http://www.greggbraden.com) the author of ‘The Divine Matrix’ (Great book, gave me some insights to my life that I’ve overlooked for almost two decades.) Gregg is a scientist, and on that video he painstakingly explained that the magnetic fields of the Earth are being reduced. I thought, “Really?” because I’m actually feeling more magnetic (attractive) today than I did years ago.
The video that I was watching is entitled, ‘Awakening to Zero Point’ (not really sure what that means) in the video Mr. Braden explains the effects of the magnetic fields being reduced. Basically on the spiritual side of things, the magnetic fields of the Earth are equivalent to the Ether where thoughts must pass through before they return to us as physical manifestations. Now if the magnetic fields are being reduced, then the thoughts are passing through must faster and returning to us as physical reality with great speed.
I was speaking to a great friend of mine Sue Nyoni (http://www.sublimepassage.com) this past weekend and she was telling me that she was feeling really good. She was in a place of gratitude and awe for everything that was going on around her. I asked her if she knew WHY she was feeling so great. She replied, “No reason in particular, I just AM.” (Indeed!)
I said, “Well Sue, you’ve been working on expanding your consciousness for years now, you’ve been taking RESPONSIBILITY for your choices and all those positive thoughts and energy that you’ve been sending out are returning to lift you to another level. You’re beginning to see the world with new eyes.
On the other hand, people who have been living in fear… be it the fear of making ends meet or the fear of not finding Mr./Ms. Right or whatever fear that they choose to entertain, those thoughts are returning at the speed of Light and they’ve become huge stones that weigh the spirit down.
In conclusion, if you want to give up being broke, if you want to give up being sick, you if want to give up being unhappy, if you want to give up being stressed and dissatisfied, start by giving up complaining. 80% of the people that you’re complaining to, don’t care and the other twenty percent are glad that it’s you. The only people who care about your bills are you and the people that you owe.
In Bob Marley’s song, ‘We Don’t Need no More Toruble’ he instructs us to ‘Speak happiness, it’s sad enough without your woes.” So begin this day by refusing to be discouraged, start by living Christian D. Larson’s optimist creed.
Promise Yourself :
To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person you meet.
To make all your friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature you meet.
To give so much time to improving yourself that you have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
To think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud word,
but in great deeds.
To live in the faith that the whole world is on your side,
so long as you are true to the best that is in you.
Indeed all is well!
