Remember the wisdom of Anthony Robbins, “It is in the moment of decision that our destiny is decided.” It all boils down to the responsibility of choice. Simple, but again, not necessarily easy. How do you remain cool, calm and collected when some inconsiderate soul comes along just to test your faith? How do you maintain composure in the face of incompetence?
