The Lesson Repeats…

The Lesson Repeats…

I keep preaching: Life is a mirror, that’s all it is
This world may be a stage but this ain’t no show biz.
And if you can’t grasp the concept

That thoughts eventually manifest,
Then that mirror called Life has a tendency to be merciless!
Prayer ain’t nothing but intense meditation
Affirming future reality into the Divine mind.
So I get on my knees and I beg for nothing.
They say that it’s blasphemous when I say,
If you want to find God, then look within.
They ask, “How can you compare God to man?”
But I’m here to testify, I AM THAT I AM!

Expand your consciousness and you’ll receive me
The difference between God and man is one of degree!
Understanding Universal Laws
I have no choice but to look forward to the consequences of my action
The return investment on the things that I do.
And as far as death…
That’s like taking off a tight shoe!
I know that my thoughts expands
And my fears eventually manifest.
So the only thoughts I visualize
Are those in my best interest?
I fear no invisible man in the sky
Don’t feel a need to cry,
After all, why should I?
Life is a mirror, no exception
Thoughts cast reflections.
Thoughts orchestrate the crucifixion
Thoughts hold the keys to the resurrection
To control life is to control mental projection.

Not here to be self-righteous with my abilities,
But I know that if you’re a speaker with a platform
Then you have a responsibility.
To touch lives with your clout
No doubt, because words eventually manifest
And a fool eventually snares his own feet with his mouth!

So it is not my concern
That every relationship these male bashing poets
Get into, they get burnt.
Isn’t it obvious?
The lesson repeats, until the lesson is learned.
Stop telling me how much you hurt,
For your actions betray your words!
Every idle word shall be judged, Life is a mirror, ain’t no free meal
So keep those thoughts thoroughly trampled under your heel
A change in attitude is a change in position on the playing field!
Until then your results will never change,
At least not until you do.
So the fact that twenty men burnt you says little about them,
But it speaks volumes about you.

You reap the thoughts that you sowed
You’re paid no more than you’re owed
Mediocrity is self-inflicted
And genius, self-bestowed.

For every action, a thought is the sponsor
Your thoughts will become your Calvary or your cancer.
For every emotional thought is a prayer,
And every prayer gets answered.
The subconscious reflects your thoughts like a beacon through the fog
Read them back to the world more accurately than a Captain’s log.
So forgive me if I ignore your catalogue of childish monologues
And look to your actions for true dialogue.
Now tell me, if you’re looking for a prince
Why are you still kissing frogs?

There are two prerequisites if you really want to live,
You have to learn to love, and by God you have to learn to forgive.
But the weak gets burdened with how badly they’ve been done wrong,
They can never forgive; forgiveness is an attribute of the strong.
Besides they find more comfort in sitting around singing that,
‘Somebody Done Me Wrong’ song

So they walk around bitter,
Carrying baggage’s of resentment
Saying how much they hate men
And everybody is out to get them.
They are volunteer victims,
Their thoughts are unguarded,
And with that, they’re unconcerned.
But that victimized energy leaves the soul,
And Karma must be returned
So the cycle continues
And the lesson repeats until the lesson is learned!
